Refund policy

We want you to love every product. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@premiumtattoo.co.uk. Unopened items in original condition are eligible for a full refund. We'll cover return postage for damaged or incorrect orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. We're unable to accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.
